Our Programs

Science-Backed. School-Ready. Life-Changing.

Three flagship programs designed to build resilience, empower educators, and strengthen families — all grounded in CBT and SEL research.

The Mind Matters Ecosystem

Every program in the Generations on the Move portfolio is built on the same clinical foundation: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), delivered in gender-adaptive cohorts for maximum impact.

Whether we're working directly with students, training their teachers, or coaching their parents, the goal is the same — equip every person in a young person's life with the tools to build lasting resilience.
